It is in places like this that I feel that every step I take, in whatever direction I go, means fresh air, oxygen to fill my lungs, to regenerate them, to walk on the earth, even if I’m not barefoot, and to rest my eyes. Green is a colour that signifies health, and truly, when one finds oneself in spaces like this, one’s health is renewed.

I always talk about energy and vibrations, because this is fundamental to ensuring that our quality of life keeps getting better. This doesn’t mean having more money or more possessions; rather, it stems from vibrating at a high frequency, from having the best possible energy, from improving it as much as we can and one way to do this is through contact with nature.
I believe there is nothing wiser than nature. It has existed practically since the beginning of time, long before us humans, and knows how to heal itself, despite all the bad things it goes through and that humans cause. It remains standing, and that is why I believe we must always learn from this true teacher.

This is a spot tucked away amongst a maze of paths beneath a sea of trees within the city’s largest botanical garden, which I discovered by exploring and asking myself over and over again… what if I follow that path? What happens? Life is very much like this: if we explore, we find new horizons and ideas, and nature helps us do just that.
