Fiber & Textile All Day

Most likely it'd be time for another art cocktail as it's been ages since I posted the last one, but this art, that I'm going to post today is pretty mixed, so we can take it as a cocktail.  Today I'd like to show you the rest of the textile art as it's the most interesting and amazing in the same time for me and I'd like to log it to the blockchain forever. So let's get started, shall we?  *Anna-Mária Orbán - Dialogue in blue tones* At first glance, it reminded me of those ink stains we used to make as kids, on paper or on canvas, some intentionally, some accidentally, but would have never thought of dialogs here.  *Sarolta Puskai - Sitosis* Interesting topic and nicely done, but it's a bit disturbing for my tired eyes :) This seems printed on textile, but I'm not sure.  *Klára Livia Tudoran - The Shaman* I'm kind of in the dark here as I fail to see the shaman. I see a vase or a bowl and some elements, maybe it is featuring the result of the shaman's work? I don't know, you tell me.  *Klára Livia Tudoran - Holiday (search for the cat)* This type of art is what attracts me to try it out, obviously other themes as I'd never copy anyone's art. What's the fun in that? The only thing that worries me is the long trial, to get the sewing right as you need to know the fabrics you're working with and use it in a way to avoid betting a wavy surface. It's difficult, no matter how simple it looks.  *Daniela Frumuseanu - Between Worlds* I love this one. I see it as interpretation of life on different continents, but this is my interpretation, maybe those are planets.  *Natalia Boeti - Composition* Good thing those labels are so small, you can't read them unless you go closer, but till you do, you have already had a look at the artwork and even involuntarily, you form an idea about what it is. For me, this looks like a medusa.  *Emese Pop - Grandma's Dowry* For those of you, not familiar with the culture, cross stitch is typical in folk art, so you recognize it from far and I love the title as well. Back in those days ladies had to prepare their dowry by themselves, manually.  It's my my kind of needlework as it reminds me a lot of those times, but look at it. How can you not love it? It's a masterpiece.  *Imola Csillag - Towards The Sky* This is a special artwork in my eyes, for many reasons.
