Visita al Museo del Mar, sector Oriente, Cumaná [Esp-Eng]

Es un placer saludarlos y desearles un día feliz y lleno de bendiciones. Que Dios los colme de bendiciones. Hoy les comparto mi visita al Museo del Mar. Está ubicado en la calle Santa Inés, en la ciudad de Cumaná, en el antiguo sector Oriente. Este museo forma parte de las instituciones de la Universidad de Oriente. El Instituto de Oceanografía también funciona allí y está dividido en secciones donde los visitantes pueden aprender sobre especies marinas. Mi visita en esta ocasión se centró en aves marinas, esqueletos de ballenas y otros animales como delfines, manatíes y el conocido pelícano, muy común en esta zona de la ciudad. Junto al museo se encuentra el Complejo Cultural Peñalver, y detrás de este, el Museo del Mar. La entrada tiene un hermoso mural con diversas especies marinas y la identificación del museo. Tras cruzar la puerta principal, se encuentra una sala de conferencias, y junto a ella, el museo. Desde el momento en que entré, me impresionó el tamaño de la ballena y las especies marinas. Estas se encuentran en una especie de acuario, y a un lado, hay fichas de identificación para cada una. Entre ellas se pueden ver gansos escarlata, el famoso pelícano y otras aves marinas. Están dispuestas sobre troncos y ramas que simulan el ecosistema marino. It's located on Santa Inés Street in the city of Cumaná, in the old Oriente sector. This museum is part of the institutions belonging to the University of Oriente. The Institute of Oceanography also operates there, and it's divided into sections where visitors can learn about marine species. My visit this time focused on seabirds, whale skeletons, and other animals such as dolphins, manatees, and the well-known pelican, which is very common in this area of the city. Next to the museum is the Peñalver Cultural Complex, and then behind it is the Sea Museum. The entrance has a beautiful mural with various marine species and the museum's identification. After passing through the main door, there is a conference room, and next to it is the museum. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the size of the whale and the marine species. The marine species are housed in a kind of aquarium, and along the side, there are identification cards for each one. Among those you can see are scarlet geese, the famous pelican, and other seabirds. They are arranged on logs and branches that simulate the marine ecosystem.
